Uther the Lightbringer is probably the most famous Paladin next to Tirion Fordring. The founder and first Grand Master of the Silver Hand, he's one of the original five, which also consisted of Tirion himself, Gavinrad the Dire, Saidan Dathrohan and Turalyon. Turalyon(?) and Tirion aside, all the others are dead.

He's the namesake of many Paladin guilds, and he's considered in-game to be a Saint by the Church of Light.
