Can't say enough how I like your style. This one and the one before, too (the blacksmith-finch, if I may call it like that ) are really cool, something between totally abstact and comic-realistic.
Where come that sudden thoughts from. It is quite different from your work before, isn't it? (Apart from that, there are some more sudden "theme-changes" visible in your gallery :] - if they are uploaded chronological) You sit there and say "Now let's do something c o m p l e t e l y different!"?
Well it's not entirely planned out like that, though I guess I do end up having to just do something new if I get too hung up on something (the zerg stuff's a good example) so these last couple have probably been pushed by that. (And yep, it's pretty much all chronological)
