Mr--Jack, I must congratulate you on the amazing artwork. If you could, add some color to my dragon design. I,m proud of my star and he shines so bright. So, if you can find the time to do it, would you please color my dragon.
Dang Mr--Jack, you always make paintings that go after my heart. If fate would allow me to paint what ever I wanted, your paintings would pretty much be my answer. I know a lot of people say practicing your fundamentals is key and I've heard everything in the book but man after doing it for years and years I really am starting to get my serious doubts. Your art and like so many others is a lot like watching the magic of penn and teller, sure they often show "how" they do their magic, but I'd bet all my money even if you where to copy their every move down to the last stroke you still wouldn't be able to pull it off. It really feels like I get delusions of grandeur after seeing your work. "oh I could do this!" then reality smacks me hard. And seeing you and others draw dragons and drawing dragons myself, I have no idea how you create these. If someone where to ask me how to draw humans, I could give them a variety of resources they could go to and advice on where to get better, its not easy, but the road to it is relatively simple. but dragons? I have absolutely no clue! Anatomy? I don't know! How to design them? Not a single idea! And you do it so well like it was common knowledge! The amazing anatomy, the unique silhouette, the outer worldly face, the creamy textures like you painted with a cream brush, atmosphere, I could go on. I thought the more I'd do art the more I'd be able to understand how others paint and draw, but for me its been the opposite, the more I learn the more I have no idea how others do it and the dumber and more incompetent I feel. I could explain away your art using my pretentious words but its no match to seeing it. I don't like to cuss but the only thing after seeing paintings like this is damn. Just damn.
Aw, man--this makes me think of the Chaos forces from Warhammer Fantasy Battle/Roleplay for some reason. "Chaos Dragon", anyone? {shiver}
Again, deliciously creepy. I can just imagine encountering this on the plane of Limbo in a D&D game... but I hate to think of what kind of breath weapon it might have!
Awesome! I love the varying levels of saturation on the character to push parts of it forward/backward. That's something I've been trying to improve on. Plus I play dragon decks, so this makes it even more awesome.
This shadows and everything is beautiful .3.
You're a great arist ^^
By the way congratulation to the DD :3
Have a nice day!
