The results of last Thursday's livestream over on Twitch.
The idea of an Angel based around a red-shouldered blackbird is sort of interesting and I don't think I quite hit as exciting a version of it here, might try it again some time.

I agree with the comments below about how it's nice to see angels/winglies with wings other than the standard white (dove/swan) or black (raven/crow/blackbird). I can easily see this lady as some kind of paladin in a fantasy RPG like D&D or Warhammer FRP--she's very believable (although the wings should be set lower on her back, closer to her center of gravity, no offense meant).
I do hope you do try this idea again, as well as experimenting with other types of wings, such as cranes. Even if this isn't as exiting as it could be, it's an excellent first try and a good concept to work on.
